The winds from Africa, hardly ever do they hear good tidings. All year long, a variation on one and the same theme, woe! When it is not the HIV-AIDS devastation, “natural diseases,” “corruption,” armed robbery, murder, war in the West, unrest in the East, famine, coup d’etat, and rumors of one that is about to hatch, it is “send money,” “send money,” and “send dollars.”
