GHANA AIRWAYS INTRODUCES NEW MIDWEST SALES MANAGER By Pauline A. Owusu Ghana Airways new sales manager in the Midwest Ms. Dori Geil introduced
herself to the Ghanaian Chicago community in grand style when she organized
a welcome dinner at C’est Si Bon restaurant in Hyde Park. On hand to celebrate
were Mr. Clement Timpo of the Ghana National Council and wife, Rev. Dr.
Kofi Noonoo, Father Albert Mensah, Boafo Papafio, Dr. Walanyo Kpo, Mr.
& Mrs. Nicholas Thompson and many others.

the Chicago City Council’s Energy Committee today that the utility continues
to make progress its reliability improvement plan, and has locked in enough
electricity supply for the summer to avoid the power shortages and rolling
blackouts taking place in California.
