STRATEGIC DEFENSE IN A NARCOTICS CHARGE IN FEDERAL OR STATE COURT PART VI
On conviction for narcotics offense carrying a mandatory minimum term
of imprisonment, the court may impose a sentence that is below the mandatory
minimum for a first time offender whose offense does not involve violence,
a firearm or a leadership role and who has truthfully provided the government
with all information concerning the offense. |
