Preventive Health strategies may be seen from three main points of view:
A. Primary Preventive
There is the real possibility of acquiring a disease that you presently
do not have. The steps have been taken to avoid the disease all together
come under these strategies. During the Flu season, people are encouraged
to go for the Flu shot. About 20 different types of viruses can cause
the Flu. The Flu shot is designed to pick out potentially the most dangerous
