by Olu Ayeni Xmas and New Year are the times of the year a lot of people purchase
computers and allied products either for their personal use or for others.
Over the holidays, it appears as if each time I go into the shopping mall,
I see somebody carrying a computer box. Silently I say to myself, “this
is another computer-user-in-the-making and a potential readers of African
Spectrum’s Computer Beat Section. Fanti Benevolent Society Ushers in New Year With Annual Fund-Raising Dinner By Pauline A. Owusu The Fanti Benevolent Society held its annual fundraiser dinner dance
on Sunday December 31, 2000 to usher in the New Year as well as raise
funds for the Cape Coast Hospital in Ghana. Mrs. Adelaide Grant-Acquah,
